Sample development: 7-15 working days. Bulk production: 25-35 working days after sample approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Timeline depends on order quantity, fabric availability, and production schedule.

Yes. We work with our partner factories to develop custom styles from your tech packs, sketches, or reference samples. Our team can also recommend factory partners based on your specific requirements for fabric, construction, and price point.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal for small orders. Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For repeat customers, we offer flexible payment terms.

What shipping terms do you support?

We support FOB Dongguan, CIF, and DDP. FOB is our most common term. We work with major freight forwarders and can arrange sea freight, air freight, or express delivery. We handle all export documentation and consolidation.

Absolutely. We provide pre-production samples for your approval. Sample cost is refundable upon bulk order placement. We can also send counter-samples based on your provided samples. Sample shipping takes 5-7 days via DHL/FedEx.
